Do you have a passion for wine, a positive spirit and enthusiasm for customer service?

We are currently seeking a guest and customer service oriented individual to join the Peller Restaurant team! This individual is required to be courteous, welcoming and most importantly display a genuine and engaging first contact for guests. The Maitre D' is "information central" and can provide guests/ team members with all information on all winery services and events.

 The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Guest Satisfaction
    • Adhering to the Property's Standards of Service on a day to day basis. Responsible for making meaningful initial connections with our guests.   Aware of all information and special notes regarding reservations. Displays a professional and engaging attitude at all times.
  • Communication / Organization
    • Articulating the restaurant food philosophies. Must be able to communicate effectively with the kitchen, restaurant management team & other team members any changes, request or guests needs to ensure high quality dining experiences for our guests.
  • Administration
    • Organizing and maintaining Open Tables reservations and function binder. Ensures that all information regarding the restaurant and winery as a whole is updated and accurate. Responsible for upkeep of all menus and bill folders and that these items are in perfect condition at all times.
