We are seeking a B2B Sales Associate, Western Canada to join our Western Canada Sales Team! Our future incumbent will have an exceptional aptitude for detail and a willingness to drive results and learn!

Reporting into the Director of B2B Sales, West, our future teammate will be responsible for providing a range of administration and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature for the Sales Director and Western Sales team.  This teammate is a key member of the team and provides support for budgeting, data maintenance and reporting, team coordination and internal and external communications.

We are looking for a teammate with:

  • College degree / diploma preferred.
  • Highly organized, time management, prioritizing daily jobs, decision making, multi-tasking.
  • Meet deadlines for distribution of display materials to Reps and liquor boards.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Publisher, Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point.
  • Excellent written & oral command of English language required.
  • Conscientious team player, showing initiative and professionalism and effectively communicating well with others.

This teammate will be accountable for:

Administration and Support for the B2B West Sales Team

  • Provide administration support to the Sales Director, including team communications, coordinating meeting and agendas, travel planning, and other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to the Western B2B trade channel managers including couriers, mail, meeting planning and organization, distribution of sales materials, price lists, and other sales tools, promotional and support items; order office supplies as requested by staff or as needed and ensure storage area is well stocked, maintain employee contact list, code expenses to appropriate team sales budgets, work with sales team in organizing special promotions and hospitality within accounts.
  • Work with provincial sales managers to provide sales representatives with tools to succeed in trade.
  • Maintain and update call and objective dashboards
  • Manage and distribute monthly Tableau & CRM reports to all sales representatives, key account managers and provincial sales managers as provided in Tableau
  • Inventory reporting across all Liquor Board warehouses (BCLDB, SGLC, MBLL, Container World and Connect Logistics) which includes PO collection, record and summary analysis
  • Responsible for Promo wine order approval

Administration & Budgets

  • Track budgets for Western Sales Teams.
  • Prepare cheque requisitions, set up company invoiced billing.
  • Quarterly review of Trade Marketing Assignments

Oracle Report generation and data maintenance

  • Create sales reports from oracle as requested.
  • Maintain data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and generate reports for sales managers.

BCLDB Remote Store Management

  • Communicate with all Agency and Rural stores outside of APL coverage for any new distribution and programing, develop relationships with store managers to grow APL business in the account; and record performance each sales call.
