 We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Graphic Design Coordinator to join our Sales, Western Canada team!

 Our future teammate will be responsible for focusing on sales and graphic design, execution, and distribution of materials required for sales and marketing programs in Western Canada.  In addition, the role supports managing tastings in British Columbia with our sales and tasting teams, event planning and participation, including any graphic requirements. 

We are looking for a teammate with:

  • High School Diploma required
  • College degree / diploma preferred
  • Completed courses and minimum 1 year experience using Illustrator, In design, or CorelDraw 

This teammate will be accountable for:

  • Key Responsibilities and average weighing of responsibility by area may vary throughout year.

Sales and Graphic Design for Western Canada:

80%

   - Design & printing of licensee menus and features

 

   - Design & printing of sell sheets, LTO's and thematics

 

   - Price lists (quarterly) with bottle shot inserts

 

   - Procurement and distribution of sales tools (bi-annual)

 

Tastings Management (in BC):

11%

   - Scheduling of tasters in BC

 

   - Budget management

 

   - Fill out timesheets & coordinate with payroll/HR

 

Event Planning & Participation:

6%

   - Graphics requirements for events

 

   - Event participation and assist with innovation launch events for sales

 

Other Customer Marketing and Sales Support / Administrative:

3%

   - i.e. providing product images to sales
